Just finished reading this. I’m not usually a big fan of autobiographies (or biographies) but this was pretty much half writing advice. Plus, I got it for Christmas from my mum. 🙂

My biggest take away was that you have to write heaps, and you have to read heaps. I’ve been doing okay with the writing. But for the last few months I do kind of feel like I’ve had ‘readers block’ and I haven’t read a great deal of fiction. So, that I will be rectifying. Luckily, I’ve also just found my library card.

And now for the confession: I never read any of Stephen King’s fiction. That I will also be rectifying.
